The Challenge
As the Director of F&B, you will be the architect of the resort's culinary identity. You will oversee a portfolio that includes a signature artisanal restaurant, a high-concept rooftop lounge, and a bespoke in-villa dining program that rivals the world's best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refresh and refine F&B concepts to ensure they remain at the cutting edge of the Design Hotel movement.
- Elevate the rooftop experience into the premier destination in Pattaya for craft mixology and curated atmospheres.
- Champion a local-to-table philosophy, sourcing the finest ingredients from the region to create honest yet sophisticated Thai and International cuisine.
- Curate private In-Villa dining events, romantic beachfront setups, and exclusive pop-ups.
- Balance high-concept creativity with rigorous financial discipline, optimizing labor costs and beverage margins without ever diluting the guest experience.
The Candidate Blueprint
- Over 5 years in F&B leadership within Ultra-Luxury Boutique Resorts or Design-centric brands
- You have a deep appreciation for architecture and design. You understand that the plate must match the palace.
- A hands-on mentor who leads with emotional intelligence rather than old-school hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of global beverage trends, natural wines, and artisanal spirits.
- Familiarity with the Eastern Seaboard/Pattaya luxury market is a significant plus.
- Fluently in Thai and English
