Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term growth strategy for the F&B Business Unit (6 retail formats).
  • Own the full F&B P&L and deliver revenue, EBITDA, and profitability targets.
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and investment proposals.
  • Identify new revenue streams through private events, catering, partnerships, licensing, and hospitality collaborations.
  • Drive commercial performance through menu engineering, pricing strategies, customer insights, and revenue optimization.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify future growth opportunities.
  • Lead day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets and event venues.
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class operating standards, service excellence, and productivity measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop scalable operating models and SOPs to support future growth.
  • Lead the creation, enhancement, and expansion of F&B concepts aligned with the Jim Thompson brand.
  • Identify opportunities for new hospitality formats, dining concepts, and destination experiences.
  • Partner with Design, Marketing, Retail, Museum, and Culinary teams to create differentiated guest experiences.
  • Evaluate new locations, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Support future domestic and international hospitality expansion initiatives.
  • Ensure every concept reflects Jim Thompson's heritage, craftsmanship, creativity, and contemporary relevance.
  • Integrate storytelling, design, culture, and customer experience into every guest touchpoint.
  • Collaborate across Fashion, Home Furnishings, Museum, and Corporate functions to create a seamless lifestyle ecosystem.
  • Strengthen emotional connection between guests and the Jim Thompson brand through memorable hospitality experiences.
  • Build and lead a high-performing F&B leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of leadership experience in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury retail, restaurant groups, or consumer-facing businesses.
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit operations with full P&L accountability.
  • Strong track record in commercial growth, operational transformation, and concept development.
  • Experience within premium hospitality, lifestyle brands, luxury dining, hotels, or destination venues is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
