Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate hospitality development projects from concept through to pre-opening.
- Ensure each project delivers a distinct value proposition that enhances the property's positioning and sets new industry standards.
- Review and validate design layouts to optimize functionality, operational flow, and guest experience (e.g., F&B seating, back-of-house, zoning, circulation).
- Oversee pre-opening planning, including budgeting, operator coordination, and readiness milestones.
- Act as the key liaison among Hospitality, Design & Construction, Procurement, and Hotel Operators to align business, brand, and investment objectives.
- Lead the handover and opening preparations to ensure a seamless transition into operations.
- Support renovation and extension projects from both business and operational perspectives.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality development, hotel openings, or technical services.
- Background with international hotel brands in openings or design & technical services, combined with strong business acumen.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and how design impacts functionality and investment returns.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; collaborative, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional teams.
