Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that directly supports manufacturing workflows, production scaling, and rapid product innovation.
- Oversee the continuous improvement and deployment of enterprise business solutions, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain, production, and commercial operations.
- Direct the modernization of IT infrastructure while enforcing rigorous cybersecurity, data privacy, and robust IT governance frameworks.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing technology team capable of delivering agile support to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Partner collaboratively with cross-functional business leaders and external vendors to translate complex operational bottlenecks into streamlined digital solutions.
- Manage the enterprise technology budget, forecasting and delivering investments that yield the highest ROI for production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, proven exposure to the business manufacturing sector is a plus.
- Demonstrated executive-level strength in at least one of the following core technical pillars:
- Business Solutions: ERP management, supply chain optimization, and production systems integration.
- Infrastructure & Security: Cloud modernization, network resilience, and enterprise cybersecurity.
- Strategic IT & Governance: Technology roadmap development, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to act as a true business partner to executive leadership, translating technical initiatives into tangible manufacturing and revenue outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
