Role Description

The Director of Laundry is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and commercial growth of Saskia's Wash. The role demands a high-level executive who can ensure 5-star/ultra-luxury service standards while simultaneously driving business development across both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) sectors.

Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in laundry operations, with at least 5 years in a Leadership role within an Ultra-Luxury Hotel (5-Star+) or a premium industrial laundry facility.
• Strategic Expertise: Proven success in managing both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) business models.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in textile science, chemical applications, and the handling of luxury fabrics (Silk, Vicuña, Leather, etc.).
• Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English. Spoken Thai is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, executive presence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
