Job Description

Our client is a leading international food manufacturer with a long-established presence in Thailand. The company produces a wide range of food products serving both domestic and export markets across Asia, Europe, and North America. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous innovation, the company is undergoing a major transformation program to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cultural alignment across its manufacturing sites. The Ratchaburi plant is one of its key production bases, operating with over 1,000 employees and serving as a strategic hub for export production.

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on, and transformational leader who can balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term business improvement.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee the entire plant operation with full P&L responsibility, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets.
  • Direct all key functions including Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Maintenance, and HR.
  • Implement and maintain international food safety and quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and HALAL.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and cost optimization projects.
  • Ensure compliance with export market requirements for countries such as Japan, the U.S., and the EU, meeting both regulatory and customer standards.
  • Oversee production planning and sourcing collaboration to ensure smooth alignment with group and regional operations.
  • Lead cultural transformation and promote a performance-driven, safety-first, and people-oriented culture within the plant.
  • Mentor and develop senior managers and key talent across all departments
  • Coordinate closely with HQ and regional teams to align business strategy and support new product or market expansion projects.

Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, or Industrial Management.
  • 15+ years of experience in food or process manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a senior plant or factory leadership role.
  • Proven track record in P&L management, plant transformation, and managing large-scale operations.
  • Strong technical understanding of food production processes, quality assurance, and compliance systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, BRC).
  • Experience in managing export-oriented manufacturing with exposure to international audit and certification requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proficiency in English and Thai
