We are seeking an experienced Operations Director (Expat) for our client, a leading manufacturer based in the Rayong area.
Plant Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant performance, ensuring operational efficiency, product quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
This role leads cross-functional teams across production, engineering, maintenance, and planning to drive strategic and day-to-day operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all plant operations to meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to meet customer and market needs.
- Mentor and develop plant leadership and operational staff.
Qualification:
- Bachelor&aposs in Engineering
- Over 10 years of experience in global manufacturing operations, with a strong background in operational leadership and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of CNC or Fabrication.
- Very good communication skills in English.
