Job Description

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Lead and inspire all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality and keeping the KR O MO Story alive.
  • Champion guest satisfaction through feedback management, service recovery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
  • Develop, coach, and empower department leaders to build high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and support functions to achieve business and commercial objectives.
  • Foster a culture that reflects the hotel's lifestyle brand, values, and guest experience standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational policies, and brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyse operational performance, guest satisfaction metrics, and KPIs to drive results and accountability.
  • Lead special projects, operational innovations, and change initiatives that enhance both guest and team experiences.

Qualifications

What we look for:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong experience in senior hotel operations, ideally in 5 star lifestyle Hotel with a food and beverage background being an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of hotel operations departments
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Familiar with hotel systems (PMS and operational tools)
  • Strong communication skills and guest-focused mindset
  • Fluent in English and Thai language skills would be an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
