Working Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Overseas travel is required)
Salary: up to 400K THB per month
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end product development process from concept, design review, sampling, production readiness, and product launch.
- Coordinate with brand, suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to ensure product requirements and timelines are met.
- Translate brand guidelines, licensing requirements, and market needs into commercially viable products.
- Monitor product development schedules and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Review product specifications, materials, packaging, and quality requirements throughout development stages.
- Work closely with sourcing and manufacturing partners to improve product quality, cost efficiency, and production feasibility.
- Support regional product assortment planning and provide recommendations based on market trends and consumer insights.
- Resolve development and production issues proactively while maintaining compliance with brand standards and licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or higher.
- Experience in end-to-end product development, technical, and quality assignments.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, manufacturing processes, and supply chain coordination.
- Experience working with international brands, licensors, OEM/ODM manufacturers, or regional business operations is preferred.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively with regional and international partners.
- Experience managing suppliers and factories across multiple countries in Asia regions.
- Experience in sports goods, apparel, footwear, accessories, or licensed consumer products is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
