- Partner closely with Group Tax and Finance teams to translate regulatory, audit and business requirements into clear product outcomes and platform capabilities.
- Lead product teams through large, multi-year transformation initiatives to deliver a tax platform that can support multiple products, business models, brands and jurisdictions.
- Make buy-versus-build decisions for tax engines, e-invoicing providers and related services.
- Own the long-term integration strategy with external vendors and internal financial, tax and data platforms.
- Work closely with engineering leaders to shape architecture, prioritize technical investments and ensure the platform can operate reliably at scale.
- Design and champion strong governance for tax configuration, rules management and change control.
- Define success metrics and reporting for tax platform initiatives.
- Regularly communicate roadmap progress, risks, trade-offs and delivery updates to senior leadership.
- Build, lead and develop a team of senior product managers.
- Drive alignment across globally distributed stakeholders in product, engineering, tax, finance, legal and operations.

- At least 5 years in a senior product leadership role, such as Director, Head of Product or equivalent.
- Proven track record building, scaling or transforming in-house tax platforms within large-scale digital businesses.
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplace, online travel, mobility, fintech, digital platforms or similar regulated, high-volume environments.
- Deep understanding of indirect tax for digital businesses, including VAT/GST, marketplace and deemed-supplier regimes, withholding tax and related system/data requirements.
- Hands-on experience across the core tax platform stack, including tax master data, rules configuration, tax determination, invoicing/e-invoicing, reconciliation and reporting controls.
- Strong ability to break down ambiguous, multi-year transformation challenges into clear product milestones.
- Excellent judgment on prioritization, sequencing, risk management and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex tax and platform topics clearly to senior non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working from the Bangkok office in a hybrid model.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating or working with leading indirect tax engines, e-invoicing providers or tax content vendors.
- Understanding of the strengths, limitations and trade-offs of external tax technology vendors.
- Familiarity with large-scale financial and data platforms, such as ERP systems, consolidation/reporting tools and financial data pipelines.
- Understanding of how tax systems interact with payments, finance, accounting, reporting and compliance platforms.
- Background in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar.
