Director of Quality

Pet Quality Director | OEM Pet Food Manufacturing

The successful candidate will be hired under i-Tail Corporation Public Company Limited and will be primarily based at the company's manufacturing facility in Samut Sakhon.

We are looking for a senior quality leader to drive food safety, quality excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer confidence for a large-scale OEM wet pet food manufacturing business.

This role will lead the full quality agenda across plant quality, quality management systems, food law and regulations, supplier quality, and OEM customer quality experience.

What You'll Lead

• Food safety, HACCP governance, FSMS, and certification readiness
• Plant QA/QC, QMS, internal audit, CAPA, and continuous improvement
• Thai FDA and international regulatory compliance for OEM export markets
• OEM customer quality relationships, audits, complaints, and performance reporting
• Supplier quality assurance, raw material specifications, audits, and CAPA follow-up
• Quality team capability building and a proactive quality-first culture

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years quality management experience in food or pet food manufacturing
• Strong background in wet food, canned food, thermally processed food, or retort sterilization systems
• Deep knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC Food, GMP, CAPA, internal audit, and quality risk management
• Experience with OEM customer quality management, customer audits, complaints, and international requirements
• Strong understanding of Thai FDA requirements and export market regulations
• Professional proficiency in Thai and English
