Role Overview
The Quality Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's quality policies and strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with relevant industry standards (TISI, IEC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025). This role oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), leads quality control across all production stages, and ensures product compliance before release. The position drives continuous improvement through root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and effective KPI management. Additionally, the Quality Manager collaborates with Engineering and R&D to enhance product quality, manages customer and regulatory audits, and develops the capabilities of the quality team to uphold international standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish quality policies and strategies aligned with business objectives and industry standards (TISI,IEC,ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,ISO 17025 )
- Supervise and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including internal audits and management reviews.
- Oversee quality control of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods, and approve product release.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Manage quality performance indicators (KPIs) such as defect rate, customer complaints, and on-time delivery.
- Liaise with customers and regulatory authorities during quality inspections or external audits.
- Lead and develop the quality team in inspection skills, calibration, and international standards compliance.
- Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to enhance product quality and support new product development.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry (experience in the electrical cable industry is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and regulatory requirements (TISI,IEC,ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001,ISO 17025 )
- Proven leadership and strategic quality management skills.
- Proficiency in English communication (both written and spoken).
