As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are looking for a talented and dynamic Director of Revenue Management to join our leadership team.

The Director of Revenue Management will lead the strategic revenue optimization efforts across all revenue streams for Royal Cliff Hotels Group. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can develop and execute pricing, distribution, and sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. You will work closely with our executive team to ensure we are positioned competitively in the market, leveraging data-driven insights and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize hotel performance across multiple channels.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns to adjust strategies and pricing.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring the optimal mix of transient and M.I.C.E business to maximize overall profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to create cohesive plans for revenue generation.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) to forecast demand and adjust pricing and distribution strategies accordingly.
  • Lead regular revenue strategy meetings with hotel leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain relationships with third-party distribution channels and optimize online visibility.
  • Provide leadership and training to revenue team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (MBA or Revenue Management Certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving market share.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Expertise in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, Opera) and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
