Job Description

Our client is a luxury hotel known for elegant design, personalized service, and premium experiences for corporate, leisure, and MICE guests.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and aggressively expand the new client database across corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade segments. The role requires a strategic sales leader with strong market knowledge, proven client acquisition capability, and team leadership experience within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build a strong pipeline of new corporate and MICE clients.
  • Proactively identify, target, and onboard new accounts through sales calls, market visits, networking, and digital lead generation.
  • Expand and maintain a robust client database by penetrating new industries, markets, and feeder cities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, event planners, and key partners.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing, promotions, and conversion.
  • Represent the property at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events.
  • Track sales performance, client acquisition metrics, and conversion ratios through CRM systems.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and convert first-time clients into long-term partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English
  • 812 years of hospitality sales experience with a minimum of 35 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in new business development and client acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Well-established industry network across corporate and MICE segments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
