For the further expansion of Midea Group's business in Thailand, we're looking for an energetic and experienced Head of Shared Service Center. This position will lead change, process optimization, and digital transformation to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You will oversee a regional team over 20 HR professionals, and be responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and managing a local shared service team to provide diversified employee services such as C&B, personnel management, visa management, employee management, and other management according to the company's needs;
- Responsible for the quality, efficiency and compliance of the shared services operations, such as developing and optimizing work systems, processes, and team capabilities;
- Participating in the company's policy review and formulation, continuously optimizing employee policies based on the trends of local market labor regulations;
- Providing consultation services on Thai labor laws to BUs to mitigate human resources risks;
- Liaising with government departments and facilitating communication.
