Job Description

The Director of Wellness is responsible for the strategic leadership and overall management of themedical wellness, spa, and recreation operations.The primary focus is to drive the growth and reputation of the property as a leading destination for integrative and medical wellness, supported by exceptional spa and lifestyle experiences delivering superior results.

This role serves as the key driver of the resort's wellness vision, focusing on developing innovative medical and integrative wellness programs while overseeing the efficient operation of spa and recreation facilities. The Director will lead the commercial performance of all wellness-related business units, build collaborations with medical and holistic experts, and position the property as a leading destination for transformative wellness experiences.

Offering a truly unique and state of the art approach to medical wellness the role will need to embrace this and drive a cohesive strategy to grow membership base and achieve the revenue milestones for the project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 yearsof experience in wellness or medical wellness operations within luxury hospitality or health resort settings.
• Certification in Wellness, Nutrition, Medical Wellness or Spa Managementpreferred.
• In depth knowledge of wellness trends and programming, presentation skills, international experience, capacity optimization technique.
• Proven commercial success in developing and managing wellness business units with measurable revenue growth through a Multitude of different channels
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals and understanding of wellness compliance and safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in concept creation, financial management, and brand positioning.
