Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Managing Operations:
  • To plan, organize, and provide managerial direction and oversight and to participate in the activities and functions of the assigned logistics business sectors, which includes developing overall goals and objectives; developing, implementing and enforcing policies, procedures and standards.
  • To make directional and high-level managerial decisions and recommendations in order to achieve business and financial results, therefore preventing loss of partnerships and eliminating the risk of sizeable expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
  • Fostering cooperative working relationships with teams and customers both externally and within the public sector
  • To provide expert professional logistics assistance to the Sector Head in areas of expertise.
  • Plan and manage operational budgets effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
  • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant business regulations and standards

Requirements

  • At least 12 years of working experience especially in Warehouse Operation Management field in 3PL company or related industry
  • Experienced in managing large operation team (300 - 500 staffs above) as General Manager or equivalent level above is mandatory
  • Current or previous experience in Consumer business is a must
  • P&L Accountabilities required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good communication both in Thai and English
