To plan, organize, and provide managerial direction and oversight and to participate in the activities and functions of the assigned logistics business sectors, which includes developing overall goals and objectives; developing, implementing and enforcing policies, procedures and standards.
To make directional and high-level managerial decisions and recommendations in order to achieve business and financial results, therefore preventing loss of partnerships and eliminating the risk of sizeable expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
Fostering cooperative working relationships with teams and customers both externally and within the public sector
To provide expert professional logistics assistance to the Sector Head in areas of expertise.
Plan and manage operational budgets effectively and efficiently.
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
Ensure that all operations comply with relevant business regulations and standards
Requirements
At least 12 years of working experience especially in Warehouse Operation Management field in 3PL company or related industry
Experienced in managing large operation team (300 - 500 staffs above) as General Manager or equivalent level above is mandatory
Current or previous experience in Consumer business is a must
