Talent Acquisition Director, Chon Buri, Thailand - Manufacturing
Charterhouse Partnership, are supporting a global MNC in their search for a Talent Acquisition Director to lead the rapid growth of this Manufacturing leader based in Chon Buri.
This role will report to the Head of HR and lead a TA team of 10 at the primary Thai plant.
This will be a hands-on role and will require someone who can develop and manage their team effectively whilst leading from the front and bringing high calibre candidates into the workforce.
Candidates must have prior experience in hiring within the Manufacturing including high volume of production operatives and leadership hires.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full life cycle of recruitment, which includes sourcing, assessing and hiring quality talent to respond to business needs and assure proper capabilities in the organization.
- Manage and develop the TA team of 10 to deliver results in a timely manner taking into account the Partners closely with the HR Director on planning and executing talent acquisition strategies.
- Continuously leading and improving processes relating to the recruitment cycle, which encompasses executing sourcing strategies, collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to assure efficiency.
- Proactively engage with business stakeholders to better understand their business challenges, needs and propose relevant solutions in the area of talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement tangible measures to support and execute effective talent retention strategies and meaningful career development.
- Implementing new employee experience initiatives that assists in the retention of employees.
- Ensure a high level of performance and manage requisitions for all positions.
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
- Establish and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders and vendors, to scale up the talent community.
- Build employer branding as part of the TA process.
- Review and leverage LinkedIn as part of the EVP to enhance the recruitment strategy.
Attributes:
- Previous exposure of leading a Talent Acquisition function in a manufacturing MNC
- Excellent command of English language – Verbal and written communication skills are essential
