Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Director – Integrated Service Delivery (AI & Automation) to lead large-scale, cross-functional delivery programs across Engineering and Operations streams. In this strategic role, you will oversee multi-domain programs integrating product development, cloud operations and managed services. You will drive transformation through AI-driven optimization, advanced automation and data-led service management, creating measurable business impact across global enterprises. The ideal candidate is both technically astute and strategically minded, capable of guiding diverse teams, influencing executive stakeholders and continuously evolving EPAM's delivery frameworks to align with modern service innovation practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of integrated engineering and operations programs across multiple accounts, ensuring EPAM's solutions deliver consistent business outcomes and operational excellence
  • Adoption of automation-first practices and AIOps, embedding intelligence, monitoring and self-optimization into delivery processes
  • Definition of scalable frameworks for unified governance, KPI reporting and performance analytics across engineering and operational streams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, shaping digital transformation strategies that leverage automation, cloud and data-driven operations
  • Leadership of modernization initiatives that integrate AI-enabled DevOps, SRE principles and ITIL 4 practices to improve reliability and speed
  • Mentorship and empowerment of senior program managers, delivery leads and cross-functional teams to promote engineering rigor, automation culture and measurable efficiency gains
  • Translation of delivery excellence into tangible value, including improved SLAs, optimized costs, predictive operations and enhanced customer experience across the delivery ecosystem

Requirements

  • 21-28 years of experience in IT, including at least 15 years in technology delivery management and 5 years leading large-scale, multi-stream programs in enterprise environments
  • Proven track record integrating Engineering and Operations through automation, AI and intelligent optimization techniques
  • Understanding of AIOps, SRE and infrastructure automation
  • Expertise in DevOps pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in enterprise service management frameworks (Agile, ITIL 4, Lean) and modern Ops practices
  • Capability to manage distributed global teams and influence senior technology and business stakeholders
  • Skills in governance, risk management and data-driven decision-making using analytics tools (Power BI, Grafana, Tableau)

Nice to have

  • Experience driving AI-led service transformation, intelligent automation programs or digital operations strategy at scale
  • PMP, SAFe, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, or Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Exposure to advanced operational intelligence, AI/ML operations and continuous service optimization platforms
