Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Director / VP – Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting who will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership teams to define winning solution strategies, drive enterprise transformation proposals, and support strategic revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in enterprise solution consulting, bid management, client engagement, commercial structuring, and large-scale IT services deal support across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Consulting & Discovery

•Engage with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, technology landscape, and digital transformation objectives.

•Lead discovery workshops, solution discussions, and executive consulting sessions.

•Translate business requirements into scalable and strategic technology solutions.

Solution Architecture & Technical Consulting

•Define high-level solution architecture aligned with client and business objectives.

•Collaborate with architects, delivery leaders, and engineering teams for effort estimation, engagement models, and delivery strategy.

•Provide strategic technical consulting throughout the sales lifecycle.

RFP / RFI / RFQ Management

•Own and drive end-to-end management of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and enterprise proposals.

•Coordinate with cross-functional teams for solutioning, pricing, compliance, and proposal submissions.

•Ensure timely delivery of high-quality and competitive responses.

Proposal & Bid Management

•Drive strategic bid management, proposal strategy, SOW preparation, capability presentations, and commercial documentation.

•Lead competitive positioning, deal structuring, and pricing discussions.

•Support enterprise deal negotiations and commercial alignment.

Client Presentations & Deal Support

•Conduct executive-level presentations, solution walkthroughs, demos, and strategic client discussions.

•Support Sales teams in opportunity qualification, and enterprise deal shaping.

•Participate in customer workshops, Q&A sessions, and transformation discussions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

•Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Finance, and Leadership teams globally.

•Build strong cross-functional collaboration models to accelerate proposal turnaround and deal closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

•15+ years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting within IT Services or Technology Consulting organizations.

•Proven experience in handling global enterprise accounts and strategic transformation deals.

•Strong expertise in enterprise solutioning, large deal pursuits, and proposal management.

•Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

•Experience working across North America, Europe, and APAC markets is preferred.

•Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth, and deadline-driven environments.

Education

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science.

•MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
