RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and drive visual merchandising and display design strategy across retail formats to elevate brand presence and enhance in-store customer experience.
- Translate marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes into impactful display concepts that drive traffic, engagement, and sales conversion.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of display counters, pop-ups, promotional areas, and event installations, ensuring premium quality and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Marketing, and Sales teams to align visual strategy with commercial objectives and optimize sell-through performance.
- Monitor store execution standards, conduct VM audits, and continuously refine layouts based on performance insights and customer behavior.
- Manage production timelines, vendors, and budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high creative standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 23 members, fostering a collaborative, agile, and commercially driven mindset.
- Champion innovation in visual storytelling, keeping ahead of retail trends to position Siam Piwat as a leading retail experience destination.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Communication Arts Design, Fine Arts or other related fields
- Experienced in displaying clothes, home decorations mall (both Fashion & Lifestyle) at least 5 years or more
- Able to use SketchUP, Illustrator, Photoshop fluently, especially SketchUP
- Has experience in team management and coaching
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good sense of aesthetic, composition, visual and color
- Knowledge of design technical skill; able to comment and understand complex drawing package.
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on weekend or night shift (after department store operation hours) in some circumstance.
