Responsibilities
- Design and implement development programs to enhance Agent performance and operational efficiency
- Working with Field Sal es Manager to provide coaching and tools to help Agents achieve their targets and maintain required operation standards
- Review and analyze the current distribution landscape to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Refine and adapt the Dis tribution Model to ensure it stays competitive and effective
- Integrated performance insights from data analysis to identify specific areas of improvement for underperforming agents
- Collaborate with Sales and Strategy teams to ensures all Agent Activities and distribution efforts are fully aligned with the company's overall business strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree's in Business Management, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years in Distributor Development or Sales Strategy as a leader market
- Strong project management skill with the ability to lead change initiatives
- Excellence in using Microsoft applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills
