You'll make a difference by:

  • Driving channel growth and market penetration: Scaling business volume with both new and existing distribution partners through targeted growth initiatives and strategic market expansion.
  • Cultivating high-value partner relationships: Establishing and leading long-term partnerships with Siemens SI EP distributors, serving as the primary executive sponsor for their growth.
  • Orchestrating technical and commercial enablement: Designing and delivering training programs that ensure our internal teams and distributor partners are proficient in the latest electrification and automation technologies.
  • Leading integrated market campaigns: Steering joint marketing and co-marketing strategies in collaboration with the Marketing team to drive demand and penetrate key customer segments.
  • Ensuring commercial and ethical governance: Overseeing distributor agreements, rebate structures, and pricing approvals while ensuring all channel activities strictly adhere to Siemens policies and local regulations.
  • Optimizing cross-functional ecosystem performance: acting as the central hub between Sales, Product, Logistics, and Finance to remove operational bottlenecks and provide market-driven competitive insights.

Your defining qualities:

  • Extensive channel management expertise: Bring 8–12+ years of progressive experience in managing complex distribution networks or channel sales within the electrical, power, or industrial automation sectors.
  • Deep Thai market intelligence: Possess a sophisticated understanding of the Thailand electrical distribution landscape, including key local competitors, regulatory frameworks, and target industry verticals.
  • Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution: Demonstrate a proven track record of managing high-stakes distributor agreements, solving channel conflicts, and optimizing partner performance.
  • Strategic cross-functional collaboration: Exhibit the ability to influence and lead across internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery and partner success.
  • Data-driven analytical mindset: Show proficiency in pipeline analysis, account planning, and managing commercial incentive programs to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Professional and academic foundation: Hold a relevant degree in Engineering or Business Administration, combined with the ability to communicate fluently in Thai and Business English.
