What You'll Do
In this client-facing role, you will take ownership of managing, developing, and expanding relationships with
key hotel customers, including chain, luxury, and independent hotels. You will collaborate closely with
internal cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, as well as headquarter-level hotel clients, to deliver
customized hygiene and cleaning solutions.
Some Of The Things You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key lodging customers, including hotel chains, luxury, and independent hotels, ensuring high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customers operational priorities and Diversey's commercial growth objectives.
- Provide end-to-end account support, including product training, application support, hygiene audits, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
- Identify and develop white space and cross-selling opportunities across Diversey's portfolio (laundry, housekeeping, kitchen hygiene, floor care, and sustainability solutions).
- Conduct regular on-site visits, business reviews, and performance evaluations with hotel management and relevant operational teams.
- Track and manage account performance using CRM tools, pipeline management, sales funnel analysis, and forecasting.
- Propose tailored hygiene and cleaning solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve hygiene standards, and support customers food safety and sustainability goals.
- Drive new business acquisition by leveraging industry relationships, market insights, and an understanding of the hospitality and lodging sector.
What You'll Bring To Us
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or key account management experience in hospitality, institutional hygiene, or chemical solutions (hotel segment preferred).
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, including performance management and target achievement.
- Solid knowledge of institutional cleaning products and equipment, including warewashing, laundry, and housekeeping systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English
- Confident presenter with the ability to influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills with basic P&L understanding.
- Hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving and customer service.
