Key Responsibility:
- Lead SRD team in Gofresh minisuper for all categories.
- Make sure that category space, planogram recommend the right space/planogram according to sales, profit, and commercial strategy and customer decision tree in Gofresh minisuper.
- Read , analyse data and able to provide insightful recommendation to the business to improve business performance
- Manage Space,Range, and Display projects for all categories in Gofresh minisuper
- Support Trade planning to manage Feature space in Gofresh minisuper on time
- Make sure category adjacency is align with merchandise strategy and company strategy.
- Improve team capability and efficiency, and motivate team to serve customers better everyday
- Coordinate with both inside and outside SRD to get clear scope and objective for each project and communicate / cascade the project detail to team
