Key Responsibility:
- Lead full-year Online and OMNI Campaign & Trade Plan for Lotus's App and O2O business
- Develop campaign strategies to drive sales, traffic, acquisition, retention, and basket growth
- Initiate and oversee campaign planning including pricing, promotion mechanics, vouchers, coupons, and CRM activities
- Translate trade marketing and campaign briefs into actionable execution plans; communicate clearly with platform operation, work end to end process for campaign execution
- Delegate execution to team members while ensuring timeline, quality, and business impact
- Release promotional updates for coupons mechanic, including barcodes, mechanics, and other related campaign details.
- Develop new promotion features and app functionalities to improve customer experience and campaign performance
- Monitor campaign performance through ROAS, sales uplift, conversion, and customer insights
- Lead post-mortem analysis and translate findings into future improvement plans
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, CRM, Finance, and Store teams
- Develop new promotion features and app functionalities to improve customer experience and campaign performance
- Lead and develop team capability, governance, and execution standards
- Answer complaint case from CS team escalated
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and urgent requests across teams and platforms (e.g., Email, LINE, Microsoft Teams).

- Campaign and Trade marketing from E-Commerce business
- Commercial from E-commerce business
- Key account from Marketplace
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Communication and presentation skill
- Analytical and logical thinking, Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and data-driven planning
- Project management
- Time management and work prioritization
- Be able to work in dynamic, fast-paced work environment and be able to handle pressure and challenging target
- Strong experience in OMNI and Online campaign strategy
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ROAS and campaign performance evaluation
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Retail, FMCG, or e-commerce experience preferred
