The Boutique Docent plays a key role in delivering a distinctive and elevated brand experience to every client visiting Gold House boutique. This position is responsible for bringing the Maison's story, values, heritage, and product universe to life through engaging and refined storytelling. By creating meaningful interactions and guiding clients through the boutique experience, the Boutique Docent contributes to both client engagement and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Present the brand story, boutique concept, architecture, layout, and window display narrative in a compelling and sophisticated manner
- Introduce and explain featured art pieces within the boutique environment
- Present Dior's iconic creations as well as new product launches, helping clients discover the breadth of the Maison's offerings
- Welcome and escort clients from the entrance to the café or private room as appropriate
- Engage clients in warm, polished conversation while they browse or wait for a Sales Associate
- Offer boutique tours and storytelling experiences that enrich the client journey
- Stay up to date on new product launches, brand campaigns, and any changes to boutique displays or art installations through ongoing training and knowledge updates
- Discreetly gather client feedback to support the continuous enhancement of the boutique experience
- Collaborate closely with Sales Associates by smoothly transitioning clients who express purchase intent or require more detailed product consultation
- Support boutique events and VIP experiences through guided tours and tailored storytelling for exclusive guests
- Serve as a visible brand ambassador, consistently embodying the elegance, sophistication, and values of Dior
- Maintain awareness of the boutique environment and discreetly alert relevant team members when any area requires attention to uphold the exceptional standards of the Gold House

Profile:
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in Thai, English and third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Korean, Japanese, French, etc.
- Computer literacy a must.
- Excellent cross-selling skills
- Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in shift.
- Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry
