DocquityCare Program Specialist

This role focuses on facilitating and managing the Patient Support Program (PSP) journey. It involves supporting patients, doctors, and pharmacists throughout the process, verifying and approving patient enrolment, and addressing queries related to the program. The position ensures treatment adherence through reminders, monitors patient activities and transactions, and guides stakeholders on program mechanics as defined by the pharmaceutical program owner. Additionally, the role is responsible for capturing and reporting adverse events to maintain compliance and patient safety. 

Job Description 

• Facilitate and support patients, doctors, and pharmacists during the Patient Support Program (PSP) journey. 

• Verify and approve patient enrolment application. 

• Assist patients, doctors, and pharmacists on queries related to the supported PSP. 

• Remind patients to adhere to treatment based on reminder points. 

• Monitor patient activities and transactions. 

• Guide stakeholders on the program mechanics specified by the Pharmaceutical Program Owner. 

• Capture and report adverse events based on patient interactions. 

Skills & Experience Required 

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Nursing and other related courses. 

• Technical & Functional Skills 

▪ Strong understanding of Patient Support Programs (PSP) and healthcare processes. 

▪ Familiarity with pharmacovigilance practices and adverse event reporting. 

▪ Ability to manage patient enrolment verification and compliance checks. 

▪ Proficiency in using healthcare platforms (e.g., Docquity) for monitoring and support. 

Soft Skills 

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging patients and healthcare professionals. 

▪ Problem-solving and escalation management capabilities. 

▪ High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. 

▪ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
