Application Support Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic Application System Analyst who will be responsible to configure, maintain and optimize the Application.
Candidate will be part of the Group Tech team and will work closely with the Development team and Business team.
Candidate be responsible to resolve issues, optimize system performance, and ensure good System Health.
Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain the Application and work on integration of application with other systems.
- Analyse and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve application performance.
- Assist in system enhancements and upgrades.
- Develop documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance processes.
- Monitor application performance to ensure optimal user experience.
- Assist in the development of training materials and user manuals.
- Provide training on system functionalities.
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Document the audit requirement/evidence from the technology perspective.
Qualifications

- Experience level: 36 years of relevant IT/Application Support experience
- Education level: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Windows and Linux administration skills.
- Good Knowledge of software systems, development of lifecycles, hardware components, UI based applications, networks, and integration techniques.
- Good knowledge of database management, databricks and data-driven applications.
- Proficiency in programming skills such as Python, PowerShell
- Good knowledge of Azure Cloud and usage of Azure CLI commands.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Linux Administration Certification (RHCSA/LPIC)
- ITIL Foundation
