Domestic Retail Sales Manager

Company: Thai Roong Ruang Industry Co., Ltd.

Position: Domestic Retail Sales Manager

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Work Location: Yannawa, Bangkok

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Domestic Retail Sales Manager to lead and oversee nationwide sales operations across all key channels, including Traditional Trade (TT), Modern Trade (MT), Horeca, and Distributor Management. This role plays a vital part in developing strategic sales plans, nurturing trade relationships, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage national retail sales across all distribution channels, including Traditional Trade (TT), Modern Trade (MT), Horeca, and Distributors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and in-store visibility campaigns.
  • Establish, train, and coach the sales team and distributor partners to perform professionally and achieve sales excellence.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with key partners and distributors to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and enhance partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and retailers by providing proactive support, market insights, and problem resolution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities; generate analytical reports to identify issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Manage and optimize sales and promotional budgets across different channels for maximum return on investment.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement and brand presence on store shelves.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and inventory teams to manage stock levels and align sales with production planning.
  • Perform additional assignments and strategic duties as delegated by the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading and managing sales and marketing teams, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations across Traditional Trade (TT), Modern Trade (MT), Horeca, and Distributor Networks.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently while effectively coordinating across cross-functional teams and external partners.
