Job Description:
- Provide support and exemplary service to dealers within the country (4W/2W/Power Product).
- Receive and respond to dealer inquiries through phone and email communications.
- Collaborate with relevant subsidiaries to fulfill requests and communicate outcomes to dealers.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for company's Dealer Sales Support.
- Collaborate with purchasing, order planning, cost, pricing, and logistics to execute and monitor project statuses (ETD).
- Monitor and track back orders in the country through backorder reports.
- Prepare and track customer service performance indicators (CS KPI), including daily backorder reports, ETA accuracy, and backorder release speed.
- Coordinate to resolve dealer issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Dealer Support, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or Logistics.
- Strong communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Understanding of purchasing processes, order planning, and shipment tracking (ETD, BO report) is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate and timely KPI reports.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
