Job Description

  1. Experience Level : 10-12 years
  2. Lead the downstream process development team for cell culture based products
  3. Perform purification activities related to mammalian cell culture downstream processes (mAbs, recombinant proteins).
  4. Deep knowledge of depth filtration, chromatography, TFF systems, Viral inactivation and viral filtration
  5. Perform inprocess tests like protein concentration and SDS-PAGE.
  6. Equipment qualification & lifecycle management
  7. QMS documentation - Change control, deviation, Risk assessment, CAPA
  8. Sterilization
  9. Buffer preparation
  10. Protein purification
