We are Drive Cleanroom Process Engineer responsible for process monitoring/control HDD assembly and teardown process performance by using engineering knowledge including Six Sigma and Lean to enable multiple skills in data analysis, problem-solving and solution to deliver committed goal metrics which are aligned to company goals.
About The Role - You Will
- Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
- Develops new or modified process formulations, defines processing or handling equipment requirements and specifications, and reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication, and evaluation of products.
- Compiles and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.
- Plan projects involving definition and selection of new concepts, equipment automation technology, and approaches in the processing or development of new or improved processes.
- Be assigned on additional tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department, and company goals.
About You
- Excellent attitude and teamwork-oriented to support organization, company and business requirements.
- Good self-development and OJT (On the job training) learning in process/product knowledge and Engineering knowledge.
- Presentation skills
- Great follow up of assigned tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in both Thai and English communication

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
