The Product Engineer (PE) for manage Product yield, Product Quality, Test time and technical support. We work with many teams (Design center, process, quality, component level and customer team) to make product performance meet customer requirement.
About The Role - You Will
- Handle yield and testing time improvement to make sure meet product matric or over budget without quality issue
- Able to identify root cause of failure and how to fix the issue both yield improvement and excursion time
- Provide technical support and create risk assessment for any product issue (including material excursion)
- Contact and discussion with counterpart when product has the problem
- Lead the customer requirement by conducting meeting with internal and external team to identify issues, determine the root cause, drive corrective action process and obtain corrective action via engineering or factory personnel
- Work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards
- Be assigned on additional tasks and responsibilities that will positively contribute towards team, department and company goals
About You
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Production Engineering knowledge
- Good at data analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong presentation skills
Your Experience Includes
- Hard Disk Drives manufacturing is preferable
- Programming skill is preferable on Python, Matlab, Visual C and AI
- Quality and Reliability functions
- Customer interfacing roles
