Develop communication strategy also manage end-to-end Driver related communications: media planning, promotion mechanism, performance tracking and optimization to improve overall driver life cycle
Work closely with operations, marketing, product, and support teams to align driver communication strategies.
Analyze driver feedback and sentiment trends to recommend improvements in policies, programs, and communication.
Identify and source partnership opportunities also create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
Plan and execute end-to-end offline activity for driver engagement.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in, business or any related field
0-4 years of work experience in marketing, community, partnership, food delivery, or e-commerce.
Strong project management skills and able to work end-to-end with stakeholders
Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel or Google Sheet
Good communication and presentation skills, both speaking and written in Thai and English
Good team players and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
