Analyze data to produce quantitative insights, pinpoint key issues, and outline qualitative research to uncover underlying problems.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to understand fleets end-to-end working experience and identify potential issues affecting productivity, retention, and overall work environment
Initiate, strategize, and execute community-focused recommendations and programmes aimed at improving driver retention, including loyalty programmes and high-performer programmes
Translate insights into strategic recommendations and present them to leaders through clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation of initiatives and continuous improvement plans
Requirements
25 years of work experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree; majors in Business, Analytics, or Engineering preferred
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a plus
Experience in logistics, delivery, or e-commerce within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus
Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure; self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment
