DRSC T&L: Tax Transformation Consulting - SAP FICO (Assistant Manager)

Key responsibilities:

This is a position with Deloitte's rapidly expanding Tax Technology Consulting practice, providing tailored advice and solutions to a broad range of clients, both domestic and multinationals looking to gain access into various markets from tax and regulatory perspective.

As an Assistant Manager, you will have some knowledge of working on SAP FICO implementations and familiar with integrating the tax bolt-on solutions (OneSource/Vertex) within the ERP transformation programs.

You will join a team of dedicated ERP and OneSource/Vertex implementation specialists, focusing on end-to-end project implementations. You will be responsible for delivering compliance and customs solutions which include project management, change management, solution design, solution implementation and end-user support & training.

In your role, you will also lead and/or facilitate business process definition and modeling, check the feasibility of this business model regarding the ERP products and the legal requirements. You will guide a team to implement and configure the software to replicate the required business processes and analytical/reporting needs.

You will be a key contributor to the development and growth of our TTC practice globally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Information Technology or similar fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO project implementation or similar projects, and thus have solid knowledge of the ERP Solution.
• Integrating tax bolt-on solutions with the ERP system (i.e. Vertex, OneSource Indirect Tax)
• Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementation
• Experience in SAP modules (e.g. DRC, ABAP etc.) is an asset
• Software aptitude in PowerPoint, MS Project, Access, Excel, and/or Visio
• Well versed in pitching presentations to clients and key stakeholders
• Advantageous to have good understanding of the supply chain management processes
• Good analytical and modeling skills
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Open to work in an international multicultural environment and to work abroad if needed;
