Role Overview
This 1-year contract role will support the DTC activities in Thailand by assisting with campaign setup, voucher management, and CRM activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely campaign delivery.
Role Responsibilities
- Support daily user operations, including refunds, voucher checks, and store requests.
- Coordinate with local designers for DTC campaign assets and membership communications.
- Set up campaigns and vouchers in backend systems.
- Prepare and consolidate operational briefs to support year-round campaign execution.
- Execute CRM campaigns and always-on app push notification content.
- Support partnership operations with banks and lifestyle partners, including voucher and asset coordination.
- Support on-ground membership activities to enhance user experience.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related fields.
- Open to fresh graduates, preferably with 13 years of experience in operations, marketing operations, CRM support, or e-commerce support.
- Hands-on experience with backend systems, CMS, CRM tools, or campaign/voucher setup platforms.
- Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to execute repetitive operational tasks accurately.
- Comfortable working with SOPs, timelines, and checklists.
- Basic data handling and reporting skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.
