As an E-commerce Associate you will:
Sales & Growth Execution
- Develop and implement strategy to drive online sales, increase conversion rates, and enhance user experience across all marketplace platforms
- Manage online campaign participation, promotions, pricing and discount to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor product performance and drive consistent growth of core SKUs
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize traffic, conversion, and overall funnel performance
Marketplace Operations
- Own SKU listings, platform visibility, and feature configuration (campaigns, promotions, flash sales, etc)
- Optimize product listings and merchandising strategies to improve search visibility and product discoverability on the e-commerce platform
- Manage relationships with platform account managers to maximize exposure and opportunities
- Coordinate with fulfilment team to maintain healthy inventory levels
Data Analysis & Market Insights
- Analyze sales and campaign performance data to generate actionable insights
- Track key metrics and prepare regular performance reports (weekly/monthly)
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify gaps and opportunities
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Business)
- 0–2 years experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data into clear actions.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
