What We're Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operator who is comfortable managing Shopee from online store management all the way through to picking, packing, and delivering products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage Lenskart Thailand's Shopee channel end-to-end, from store management and order processing to product fulfilment, shipping, and Shopee Live, ensuring smooth operations while driving sales performance on the platform.
- Shopee Store Management
- Manage and update the Lenskart Shopee store, including Product Listings, pricing, stock, promotions, and vouchers.
- Check the accuracy of product information, images, descriptions, and promotional details.
- Coordinate and participate in Shopee campaigns such as Mega Campaigns, Payday, and Flash Sales.
- Monitor sales performance and identify and resolve issues occurring on the platform.
Order Fulfilment & Operations
- Manage orders from the time they are received through to product shipment.
- Handle Pick, Pack & Ship activities for Shopee orders.
- Check the accuracy of products and orders before shipment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Lab / Warehouse team to ensure products are available and ready for sale.
- Track delivery status and assist in resolving order-related issues when required.
Shopee Live
- Manage and operate the brand's Shopee Live sessions.
- Plan schedules and prepare products, promotions, and information required for each Live session.
- Act as a Host or provide support during Live sessions as required.
- Manage vouchers and promotions during Live sessions and help drive sales.
- Summarize Live performance and use the insights to improve future Live sessions.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Retail, Lab, and other relevant teams.
- Work from the Lenskart office 2 days per week, half a day each, for meetings, work updates, and team coordination.
- Work from the Lab on other working days to manage order fulfilment and Shopee operations.
Qualifications
- Experience managing Shopee, E-commerce, or other Marketplace platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of Shopee Seller Centre and basic E-commerce operations.
- Comfortable handling operational tasks such as picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment.
- Interest or experience in Live Commerce / Shopee Live.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Responsible, able to work independently, and capable of handling and solving problems effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
The ideal candidate should also be enthusiastic about trying new initiatives such as Shopee Live, with a strong focus on driving sales and helping grow and improve Lenskart Thailand's E-commerce channel.
