Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze E-commerce performance across sales, traffic, conversion, customer behavior, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop dashboards and KPI reports to drive data-driven business decisions.
  • Identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities through advanced analytics.
  • Monitor key metrics including Revenue, GMV, Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, CLV, Retention, and ROI.
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and customer journey optimization.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects involving Business, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Data teams.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
  • Present performance updates, recommendations, and executive reports to stakeholders.
  • Support strategic initiatives through business case development and ROI analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in E-commerce Analytics, Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, PMO, or Digital Business Performance.
  • Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace, Omnichannel, or Digital Business environments preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio), SQL, and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
