1. E-Commerce Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring a strong online presence and increased market share.
  • Identify new opportunities and trends within the e-commerce landscape to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.

2. Website Management:

  • Oversee the 3rd party developer of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.

3. Customer Experience and Conversion Optimization:

  • Lead efforts to enhance the online shopping experience, from browsing to checkout, by optimizing user interface, navigation, and checkout processes.
  • Implement personalization and recommendation strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and average order value.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly and continuously improving the overall customer journey.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to provide actionable recommendations for improving e-commerce performance and achieving business objectives.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, ensuring the team's alignment with organizational goals.

6. Vendor and Partnership Management:

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, technology partners, and service providers to ensure effective e-commerce operations, including payment processing, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and service levels.

7. Content Marketing and Marketplace Sales Conversion:

  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales conversion.
  • Optimize product content, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve search visibility and conversion rates within marketplace platforms.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-platform advertisements, and sales activities to maximize product exposure and revenue generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics to continuously improve marketplace effectiveness and ROI.

8. E-Commerce Warehouse Operations Oversight:

  • Oversee e-commerce warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery to customers.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound processes, stock accuracy, picking/packing efficiency, and return management to maintain high service levels.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize workflow, reduce operational costs, and improve overall fulfillment performance.
  • Implement performance tracking and reporting for warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, processing time, and delivery lead time to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management within the FMCG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital technologies, and emerging industry trends.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious sales targets within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Solid expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in website management, user experience (UX) optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce regulations, payment processing, and data privacy best practice.
