Job Description

Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a growing physical and online retail presence across the region. We are looking for an E-commerce Executive in Bangkok, Thailand to support the day-to-day management and optimisation of our webstore, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer experience. If you are detail-oriented, hands-on with Shopify, and have a strong eye for both customer journey and brand presentation, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities include:

E-commerce Merchandising & Content:

  • Plan and update collections, landing pages, featured products, and site content in alignment with marketing priorities and campaigns.
  • Manage product listings end-to-end, including images, descriptions, product details, SEO tags, and categorisation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain overall site hygiene to ensure strong visual appeal, usability, and brand alignment.

Website Operations & Optimisation:

  • Optimise the end-to-end customer journey, including navigation, product discovery, checkout flow, and on-site experience.
  • Translate product stock levels and marketing priorities into effective online visual merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor site performance and recommend improvements to content, functionality, and UX/UI.

Localisation & Content Management:

  • Manage external vendors (e.g. translation agencies, developers) and ongoing localisation projects across markets.
  • Coordinate content gathering, translation, and publishing to ensure timely and accurate updates on the webstore.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, Operations) and external agencies to deliver campaigns and site updates on time.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of website builds and enhancements.

Shopify & Technical Execution:

  • Support Shopify development, including basic theme customisation, troubleshooting, and feature enhancements.
  • Work on UI/UX improvements to continuously elevate the online shopping experience.
  • Ability to interpret data (e.g. product performance, conversion rates, stock levels) to inform decisions.

Requirements include:

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within fashion, retail, or DTC brands
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify (or similar CMS platforms)
  • Familiarity with Shopify backend operations (including products, collections, pages, and apps); knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end coding is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and site merchandising principles
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational discipline in managing multiple updates and timelines
  • Good understanding of customer journey and UX best practices
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and stakeholder communication skills
