UNIQLO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking for e-Commerce Inventory Control. This position will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory lifecycle, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand including monitoring/ forecasting inventory requirements and adjusting inventory strategies to minimize costs and maximize profitability. Effective communication with other departments, such as, Merchandising Planning, Store Operations, Marketing, and Customer Center, is important to align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal variations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Merchandising Planning, Store Operations, Marketing to understand and execute the inventory strategy plan for your product categories.
- Manage e-Commerce products through their entire lifecycle from Forecast to sell-through.
- Monitor e-Commerce Inventory to ensure release on an optimal timing basis based on sell-through and business needs.
- Set up the allocation system, using appropriate targets and other numerical data.
- Collaborate with Store, Logistics to balance inventory requirements across the business.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and make recommendations for assortment adjustments and pricing strategies.
- Prepare reports related to key performance metrics, including sales performance, inventory turnover, tracking, and product availability.
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in e-Commerce and inventory management to continuously improve processes and drive efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field
- New Graduate are also welcome
- Having 1-year working experience related to Inventory Control will be a plus.
- Highly interested in e-Commerce, updated on competitor activities and familiar with Digital areas, such as SNS, Mobile Apps and are sensitive to trends.
- Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently and manage your time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of a fast-paced e-commerce business.
- Strong analytical thinking, flexibility and proactively take on new challenges without being constrained by existing ways of thinking.
- Good command both of English & Thai and computer literacy especially Excel
Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00 (Able to work overtime or in holiday due to business need)
