E-Commerce Lead - Fast Moving Consumer Goods

Salary: THB 200,000-250,000 per month
Location: Bangkok

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-Commerce Lead to join a leading FMCG organisation in Bangkok. This role offers the chance to take ownership of official online store operations across major platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, while driving a robust direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy to accelerate growth and brand presence.

You will play a key role in shaping the company's digital commerce direction, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end operations of official stores across key e-commerce platforms.

• Develop and execute D2C strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.

• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and optimise commercial outcomes.

• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.

• Build strong relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders.

What you bring

• Proven experience managing official stores or shop-in-shop models within FMCG.

• Strong background in D2C strategy execution across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.

• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Good understanding of digital marketing and inventory management in e-commerce.
