Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Online Marketing Manager to drive online sales, enhance brand engagement, and strengthen our digital presence across owned platforms and key marketplaces. This role is for a commercially-minded leader who can turn digital initiatives into measurable sales growth and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Commercial Growth

  • Own online sales performance, revenue growth, and e-commerce P&L
  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across brand.com, marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), and social commerce channels
  • Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches to boost sales and enhance brand visibility
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and online merchandising

Online Marketing & Brand Engagement

  • Lead performance marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, social media) with focus on ROI and conversion
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful digital storytelling
  • Develop strategies to increase online engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchase

Data & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior; use insights to continuously improve performance
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, ROAS, CAC, and other KPIs
  • Benchmark competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service teams
  • Coordinate with external agencies and e-commerce partners to ensure smooth execution
  • Drive innovation in digital experiences to enhance customer journey and engagement

Key Requirements

  • 58 years experience in e-commerce and online marketing within consumer/retail businesses
  • Strong knowledge of marketplaces, online platforms, and digital marketing performance metrics
  • Proven ability to boost online sales and brand engagement
  • Commercial, data-driven, and hands-on execution mindset
  • Strong analytical, creative, and stakeholder management skills
