Job Description

Your Tasks

This role is responsible for driving profitable e-retailers growth for two brands by leading innovative omnichannel strategies. This person will be coordinating with offline key accounts and internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand experience in line with company guidelines. Additionally, the role will lead initiatives to capture growth opportunities in eCommerce across the omnichannel landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive O2O (Online-to-Offline) and omnichannel strategy and roadmap e-retailers for NIVEA & Eucerin Brands.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to integrate online and offline channels, advancing the organization toward full omnichannel maturity.
  • Lead and execute strong eJoint Business Plans with offline key account team & retailers to support short and long-term growth objectives.
  • Design and deliver innovative omnichannel activations, including promotional strategies and campaigns, Affiliate, Livestreaming to capture eCommerce growth innovation.
  • Manage end-to-end omnichannel execution, including planning, implementation, monitoring, performance evaluation, and future recommendations.
  • Oversee omnichannel performance management by defining KPIs, analyzing sales results, and optimizing trade spending and media investment efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Offline key account team, e-commerce Trade marketing, performance marketing, e-content and cross-functional teams to ensure pricing alignment, brand consistency, and account performance.
  • Ensure consistent omnichannel Brand execution across assortment, content, banners, and product visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, positioning the company as a preferred supplier and trusted omnichannel partner.
  • Provide strategic insights, expertise, and recommendations to retailers and internal stakeholders to accelerate omnichannel growth.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree of any field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or omnichannel roles, with hands-on exposure to both offline and online channels, Modern Trade customers or e-Commerce customers.
  • Strong sales, account management, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic thinking: Able to tackle complex situations, evaluate alternative courses of action, and provide fact-based solutions/recommendations
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, able to work independently, proactively identify opportunities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • High level of analytical skill, with the ability to evaluate numbers into business insight.
  • Ability to build credible, long-term relationships with key partners.
  • Preferrable Solid working knowledge of eCommerce or omnichannel best practices, including e-commerce platforms, digital marketing trends, Affiliate marketing.
  • Strong presentation skill
  • PC proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Thai and English (business level), both written and spoken.
