Roles Summary / Purpose:
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business operations and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing e-commerce platforms, developing online sales strategies, and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversion. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores, optimize user experience, and ensure seamless integration between marketing, sales, and logistics to deliver strong business performance. This role requires a data-oriented mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced digital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and operate e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other local platforms), including product listing, pricing, and promotional campaign planning.
- Analyze and optimize online sales processes, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on e-commerce performance metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal design, marketing, and retail teams to ensure pricing control, product-market fit, and a seamless customer experience.
- Lead the e-commerce team, including personnel management, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including influencer/KOL collaborations and online word-of-mouth marketing.
- Manage and operate social media marketing activities (Facebook, Instagram, LINE Official Account, etc.).
- Consolidate and analyze online marketing data, track ad performance, and implement optimization strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for new product launches.
- Collect market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with designers to create marketing materials for both online and offline channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
JOB SPECIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 35 years of experience managing e-commerce operations (preferably on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or other major marketplaces).
- Highly adaptable and flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks with accountability and ownership.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in e-commerce marketing planning, data analysis, and familiar with tools such as Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms.
- Experienced in managing and engaging social media communities (Facebook, LINE, etc.).
- Experience in product photo editing, graphic design, or participation in online marketing projects is a plus.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn new things.
- Comfortable working with international teams and cross-functional collaboration.
