1. Marketplace Management (Shopee / TikTok / Lazada / Amaze)
- Manage end-to-end online order fulfillment: prepare data for ERP system uploads, create Sales Orders (SO), and ensure timely delivery to end users.
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, providing product information and pre-sales consultations.
- Strategize and submit products for various campaigns and promotions to maximize visibility.
- Monitor and manage online inventory (Stock Management) to ensure product availability.
- Update and maintain store decorations and layouts to align with current seasonal campaigns.
2. Dealer Network Support (Online Channel)
- Provide advice and consultation to dealers regarding online sales strategies.
- Drive and support dealers to achieve sales growth targets .
3. Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare comprehensive Sales Reports on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
4. Creative Content & Advertising Artwork
- Design and produce creative Artwork.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Experience: 12 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace management.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing Marketplace back-end systems (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
- Data Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for sales reporting.
- Graphic Design: Ability to use basic design tools (e.g., Canva) to create high-quality Ads and promotional materials.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with a strong Service Mind. Ability to provide professional advice and build good relationships with partners.
- Strong in Thai communication
