We&aposre looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-Commerce Officer to join our team in Bangkok (near the BTS Rajdamri).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our Clsuter E-Commerce Manager in executing online distribution strategies across OTAs, Metasearch, and our direct booking platforms.
- Manage and update hotel content, rates, and promotions on all online channels.
- Analyze performance data from OTAs and the website to drive revenue.
- Assist with SEO and website optimization to improve user experience and increase bookings.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive online presence.
Who We&aposre Looking For:
- A Bachelor&aposs degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- A strong user of Microsoft Excel, with skills in VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong coordination and time management abilities.
- Experience with OTA Extranets (Booking.com, Agoda), Channel Managers (SiteMinder, Synxis), or hotel systems (Opera, Navision) will be a significant advantage!
